Customers in The Oak cafe. The Royal Oak pub in the High Street, Caterham-onthe- Hill has recently opened a new cafe at the rear of its premises. Alan Lander, landlord of the Royal Oak, is delighted that the new cafe is proving to be a hit with the locals. Office workers and shopkeepers can pop in for breakfast on their way to work and order very reasonably- priced sandwiches or even a hot meal to be delivered to their place of work later in the day.

The menu features homecooked food including delicious jacket potatoes, burgers, roast chicken and other traditional favourites, but Cathy and Tara who run the cafe have found it is their Full English All Day Breakfast that is one of the favourites with their customers. For more information call Cathy on 07522 912200.
