On Wednesday, 1st February, Surrey County Council Cabinet agreed a proposal to increase council tax by 2.99% in April. Its recommendation will go forward to a meeting of Surrey's Full Council on Tuesday 7th February where a final decision will be taken.

:-) Who are the Conservative local councillors going to blame for this? The Conservatives have big majorities at Parish, District and County level and I am told they have a majority at National level. Will THEY accept the responsibility now or is it OUR fault?
