Green Belt Development - For PDF Print E-mail

Tandridge Council needs to take a long hard look at the offer on the table. Why should Oxted 'nimbys' aided and abetted by Oxted-based councillors continue to hold Caterham to ransom by forcing ever-increasing development onto the Caterham area without ensuring there is adequate provision for the necessary additional infrastructure? Release of green-belt land - a local precedent that has after all already been set in Caterham as indicated in the article - would neatly solve two long-standing problems in Caterham and Oxted. After all, Tandridge has plenty of green space left !

Marc Hansen, Local Business Owner, Caterham.
